Skin sections are gathered together with the Dermatome and perforated by using the Mesher in addition to the mesh board. Hence the skin is protracted like a chain-link fence. The enhanced surface of the skin spares the patient further skin removals. The intermediate spaces of the grafted and meshed skin builds up at the healing process of the skin.
